🏡 Two rooms available in a super social Kiwi share house in West Putney! 🇳🇿(No couples sorry!)

We’re looking for two legends to join our friendly flat of 4 other Kiwis (27–32, 2M & 2F). The house has a great social vibe — think the odd shared dinner, binge-watching MAFS, BBQs in the huge backyard, and short strolls to the pub.

The flat has:

✨ Spacious kitchen & dining area
✨ Separate cosy living room
✨ Great social atmosphere while still respecting everyone’s space

🛏️ Room 1
Large double room on the middle floor with plenty of space for a double bed, desk, and drawers. The room will come furnished with a double mattress only.

🛏️ Room 2
Small double room on the top floor with an external storage cupboard just outside the room (pictured). Happy to leave the bed frame and mattress!

Putney High Street is only a 15-minute walk away with everything you could need — pubs, cafés, gyms, supermarkets & more ☕🍷

🌳 Surrounded by parks and green spaces, perfect for walks, runs, or a sunny pub session.

📥 Bills are paid centrally with a £120 each month to cover council tax, water, gas and electrics, wifi, cleaner and household bits with enough to have a lil flat dinner every now and then

🏠 Deposit is £877 for both rooms
