Looking for a female young professional (27 years+) to take over my room (furnished) from Sunday 5th July.
Your room is a good sized double with its own bathroom (each person has their own), with plenty of storage throughout and space for a desk to work from.
 
You will be living with two absolutely lovely girls, Joanna (Finance girly) and Lauren (Works at Third Space) who are both in the office 4/5 days a week.
In terms of the house vibes, we are super tidy, respectable, friendly and busy with our own schedules, but are always catching up when we see one another and enjoy having some drinks when we all manage to find a free date :) We each take care of some of the bills, and so you will be taking over Gas & Electricity.
 
The location of the properly is absolutely perfect, only a stone's throw from the river, just off of Lower Richmond Road, and 10 mins walk from the main Putney High Street - endless shops, coffee spots and restaurants to enjoy.
 
Transport: You are 10 mins walk from Putney Station and Putney Bridge tube (District Line) as well as buses that pass right next to us.
 
Absolutely loved living here, I am only moving as I am going to be living with my boyfriend.
