Hi everyone,
I am currently leaving this amazing house with 3 lovely housemates as I just moved in Paris for work and so I need to leave my room, it was amazing to live in for the last 2 years there’s so much space and wood floor I will miss it and hopefully you will enjoy it as much as I did !! The kitchen and living room is to share but there’s so much space for everyone, we would love someone clean tidy and kind
I will sell my ikea wardrobe if you are interested as the other one is very bad and for a cheap price (brand new only used it for 4 months)
The rent is £900 per month and the bills kind of depends the months but roughly around £110 sometimes less
The house is 10 min walk from Putney train station and 15 min from the East Putney underground station
