We're looking for a full-time working professional woman (aged 28-34) to join our lovely 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom flat in East Putney from July 2nd!

The flat is on the third floor and is in a great location - just a 6-minute walk from both Putney Station and East Putney Tube, with plenty of bus routes nearby and easy access to the high street's shops, cafés, and restaurants.

The room is bright with lots of natural light, and is for single occupancy. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, shelving, and built-in wardrobes.

You’ll be sharing with Josephine and Melissa, two full-time professionals from Sweden and Australia. We're both friendly, tidy, and respectful of each other's space, and we enjoy having a relaxed and comfortable home environment.

The rent is £975pcm and the deposit is one month's rent. Bills normally come to £110-£120 pcm.
