Double room in friendly garden flat in Putney

Hiiiiii all!

We have a spare double room going in our house in Putney.

The room is £780 bills included. It comes furnished with a bed, built in cupboard and set of drawers. The house has a shared lounge and kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a back garden.

Fab location!: we are 10 minute walk from East Putney tube and 15 minute walk from Putney railway station. Buses are 2 minutes walk away. And the Highstreet is a 10 minute walk away. Lidl and Sainsbury super close. Putney has great pubs and restaurants, and the river, Putney health and Putney common.

Move in date: From 1st July but payment would be needed for the month of July if you needed to move in later.

Housemates:

Charlotte (26) works in the civil service. Likes running, cycling, pub.

Clement (31) works for Freddie’s Flowers, plays rugby and likes cycling.
Josh (26) works in graphic design, likes photography/film making.

We all get along well and are social together! We are respectful in terms of cleaning, tidiness and quietness at night etccccc, also have our own lives and respectful about each other’s space. Not a big party house, but do enjoy pints at the pub and the occasional boogie out.

We would be ideally looking for a gal to keep the house balance, 25+ and for someone on a 9-5 job to fit our lifestyles.
