We have a room for rent from 15th July in our super spacious 3-bed flat in Putney! We’re Caitlin (25) and Freya (26) and we’re looking for a third fun and friendly gal to join us in our flat!

Deposit: £980.77

The room is cosy and bright with large windows. The room comes with the bed frame, bed side table and chest of drawers but the mattress and clothing rail are available to be purchased if you’d like.

We have a large lounge with a separate dining area and kitchen that’s perfect for hosting dinner parties and pretending you’re on MasterChef 🍽️

Myself and Caitlin are super friendly gals who love a natter and watching a good series together! But we do also respect each others alone time, so it’s all about balance!

The flat is a 15-minute walk to East Putney station (district line) and a 10-minute walk to Putney train station (Southwestern Railway). There is also a bus stop a couple of minutes away with routes to Clapham Junction, South Kensington, Piccadilly Circus and more.

We’re also super close to Putney Heath and Richmond Park is only a short bike or train ride away.
