- Your room is on the ground floor and practically have its own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Furniture is all up for grabs! For £150 you can buy essentially brand new furniture (double bed, and tall chest of drawers) and 32 inch TV (all purchased approx 1 year ago and in perfect condition)
- Previous roommates have had desks etc in there and worked comfortably from home

About the house:
- Triple glazed!!
- Beautiful kitchen skylights and a living space that opens up into a fully fenced, private courtyard and garden
- Master bathroom and three bedrooms are upstairs
- Lovely quiet neighbourhood with friendly wildlife from time to time

About the neighbourhood:
- Putney Train Station: 10min downhill walk
- East Putney Tube: 10min walk
- Nearest bus stops: 2-5min walk
- Putney High Street is 10min walk and has Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, M&S and Lidl. Co-Op is also nearby as well as cute bakeries and coffee shops.
- We are about 20min walk to the Thames and 15min walk to Putney Heath

But most importantly- your house mates!
- Your new future housemates are 3 friendly girls between 28-35 and are a mix of WFH and working in a bakery (tasty treats guaranteed!)
- They enjoy socialising at home with a glass of wine, puzzles, crosswords, and the occasional trashy TV show
- Outside of home life, they enjoy yoga, Cross Fit, and lifting heavy things at the gym. If you’re interested in cafes, museums, gigs and exhibitions, look no further - someone will always be up for it if you’re looking for company

- We are renting directly from the landlord and he is super friendly! Very responsive via email etc
- Move in date is the 28th July! Rent comes out on the 5th of each month
