Lovely Room available in 2-bed flat in Putney

I am moving out of this beautiful flat in Putney to move in with my boyfriend. The flat feels like a home and we are looking for someone who is keen to make the flat feel like their home too.

The move in date is Saturday 5th September. However, an earlier date can be negotiated.

👭 Who you will be living with:
- You will be sharing this 2-bedroom flat with Sequoia. She is friendly, welcoming, trustworthy and has made me feel at home since I moved in in September.
-Sequoia is American and has been living in London for over 5 years. She works in academia at a London University, in a hybrid setup.
- She has decorated the living room beautifully but is also really keen for the new flatmate to decorate with their belongings too.
- Sequoia and I have always enjoyed flatmate date night once a month so quality time can be spent getting to know one another. She would be keen to continue this with you.
- When we’re both free in the evening after work, we enjoy catching up in the living room, watching Gilmore Girls together, but we also appreciate that we need our downtime and private space too.
- She is extremely proactive when it comes to dealing with the bills and has built a good relationship with the landlord so any issues can be addressed promptly and quickly.

✨About you:
- We are looking for a professional woman who is friendly, kind, clean, and wants to make an effort to get to know Sequoia.
- Whilst there is space for a desk in the bedroom, and a shared one in the living room, hybrid working is preferable.
- No students.

🏡The Flat:
- The flat is stunning. It has beautiful bay windows, and high ceilings, that makes the home feel big and bright. During the winter, it has a very cosy and warm feel.
- The bedroom has lots of storage and is fully furnished. There currently isn’t a desk in the room but previous tenants haven’t had any issues fitting a desk in.
- There is a private front garden that only we have access to.
- The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, microwave, kettle etc and has plenty of cupboard space.
- There are plenty of parking spaces outside the flat but this does require a permit from Wandsworth Council between 9:30am and 10:30am Monday - Friday.
- This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly household.

The flat is along a quiet residential road that always feels very safe, particularly when walking alone at night.
🚊 East Putney tube station is a 12-15 minute walk
🚆 Putney train station is a 15-17 minute walk
🚌 The Number 14 bus is less than 5 minutes away from the flat which takes you down towards Putney Bridge and beyond. The Number 170 bus is behind the flat and takes you towards Roehampton/Wandsworth/Clapham Junction areas.
🌳The flat is close to Putney Heath park

Deposit: £1,211.53
Bills: £175-£200pp per month
Please note that this is a joint tenancy agreement.
The rent cannot be increased by the landlord until June 2027.

I have really enjoyed living here and will really miss the flat and Sequoia.
