Lovely double rooms in Putney

I am moving out from my lovely flat at the end of July and looking for a replacement.

The flat is situated between Barnes and Putney train stations. This is a nice quiet area with lots of green spaces around. There is a shared living room with the kitchen and one shared bathroom.

The room is South-facing, so gets plenty of light. Few pieces of furniture belongs to me, but I could negotiate a price and leave a desk and a bedside table.

The household is chill. Flatmates are really friendly and easy-going. There are two other rooms shared by a couple and another male. Everyone respects privacy, but doesn't mind a hang-out. They lived together for years, so very familiar with everyone's habits. Everyone is responsible for cleaning.

The rent is £676 pm, with £750 deposit. Bills come to under £100 pm. Once we confirm a new flatmate, we will contact the agency to do a name swap in the contract.
