The flat is in a quiet residential area with excellent local amenities. Barnes station, Putney station and East Putney Underground station are all around a 15-minute walk away, with several bus routes nearby providing easy access across London. Putney Leisure Centre, Sainsbury’s Local, cafés, shops and beautiful green spaces are all within walking distance.

You will be sharing the flat with a friendly family of two adults and one 5-year-old child. We are clean, respectful and easy-going, and we’re looking for a tidy and considerate professional or student who appreciates a quiet home.

As this is our family home, the living room is primarily our private family space. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with this arrangement and values a quiet, respectful home.

The tenant will have full access to the kitchen and bathroom.
