I’m looking for someone to stay in a double room in a modern 2-bed flat in Putney on a short-term basis.

The room is still being prepared, but I’ll be able to share photos and arrange viewings from next week.

The room will come with a double bed, bedding, desk and wardrobe.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me and my partner. We are both professionals in our 30s.
The flat is clean and modern, with a lift in the building. There are two bathrooms in the flat, so you’ll have your own bathroom to use, and the kitchen will be the only shared space.

Location

3 minutes walk to Putney Station
10 minutes walk to East Putney Station
Around 10 minutes walk to the river

Rent

£1,300 per month(£300 per week), bills included
£500 deposit
Available from 13 July
Available until 7 November
