🏡 The Flat

This is a three-bed flat that I live in and manage. It’s owned by my parents (who live in Poland), and I treat it properly, it’s a home, not a rental churn.

Over the past year I’ve refreshed the living space with a new sofa, dining table and chairs, and a proper TV setup. It’s cozy, tidy, and somewhere you can genuinely relax after work.

The flat is bright, well looked after, and has a calm atmosphere.

👋 Who You’d Be Living With

I work in the film industry as a Video Editor. I’ve spent much of my 20s living abroad before moving back to London to focus on my career.

The other flatmate is female in her late 20's doing her masters in Dance Therapy and teaching.

We’re both in our late 20s / early 30s, independent, social but not chaotic, and we value a relaxed, respectful household. This would suit a similar young professional who wants a stable, comfortable base in London.

🧼 How We Run the Place

We keep things simple and adult.

We rotate cleaning of shared spaces once every three weeks — it’s straightforward and keeps everything running smoothly. The flat isn’t big, so it’s never a big task.

Everyone cleans up after themselves and respects shared areas. That’s really it.

If in future everyone prefers splitting a cleaner, that’s something we’d be open to.

🔇 The Vibe

Not a party flat — more of a calm, easygoing home.

We keep noise down between 11pm–9am as the rooms are close to shared areas. Daytime guests are completely fine — we just respect each other’s schedules.

• Bus stops (33, 337, 493) right outside
• Barnes Station 10–15 min walk
• Easy links to East Putney tube

Great area — safe, green, and well connected.
