En-suite double room w/ garden, 10mins from Tube

The flat is the ground floor of a large detached house. The room is in an extension and has nothing above it, so there is never any noise from neighbours.

You'll be living with 3 lovely housemates, Jacob, Brad, and Sian. Brad and Sian share one room, and Jacob has the other. Everyone socialises in the kitchen when cooking and has the occasional pub trip, but also respects each other's personal space.

The flat has a large kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. There is also a laundry machine. Each bedroom is en-suite, and there is also a communal toilet (although this is used as a utilities rooms given it's never used).

Bills are about £60-£80/month.

The room comes furnished, including a standing desk, ergonomic desk chair, and two monitors. I've been here almost a year and am only leaving due to changing job, otherwise would definitely be staying long-term!
