We have an awesome large double room to rent in a modern, friendly house share in Putney / Barnes.

The room has a bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk, chair and bedside table. There is a bathroom with a separate shower room and another separate toilet in the house. There is a large, modern kitchen diner with a hob, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, two sinks, kettle and toaster. Perfect for having a glass of wine, a bite to eat and maybe have a chat with other flatmates at the end of the day.

There is a TV room with 70+ Freeview channels and super-fast unlimited fibre optic broadband, perfect for watching Netflix or iPlayer.

There is a large south-facing garden at the back, ideal for a few drinks outside. There is a cleaner for the communal areas who comes weekly and someone who looks after the garden.

The house is seven minutes walk to Barnes train station, and five minutes bus ride to Putney train station and East Putney tube (District Line, Wimbledon branch). There is a large Tescos nearby and a row of shops with a great wood-fired pizza restaurant and a selection of artisanal grocers. And all the bars, restaurants, cafes and shops of Putney and Barnes are a short distance away, great if you like to eat out once in a while.

Really easy going landlord who is never around and always fixes things quickly.

To make things easy, absolutely all bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, fibre broadband, council tax, TV licence and the cleaner, so no hassle sorting out the bills.
