Couple room in Kiwi house in Putney

Room available on Rayner’s Road!

We’re a bunch of easy-going, social Kiwis looking for a couple to take our spare room. Unfortunately the previous couple are finishing their stint in London and heading back home but we’re excited to welcome a new pair into the fold who are keen on a pint or two after work at the local pub.

There’ll be six of us in the house in total - 2x couples and 2x singles but we have 3 bathrooms to share around! Whilst six might feel like a lot, our social area is huge (feel very lucky to have this in London!). We also have an open-plan kitchen, dining, lounge and huge outdoor area for some mini-backyard cricket, tanning, or a bbq and brew. There’s also a spare room which we’ve allocated as an office for anyone that wfh!

The rent is £750 each plus £95 for bills each which covers all of our gas, wifi, electricity, water, rates and house bits & pieces like toilet paper, kitchen basics, cleaning products, etc.

Putney is such a lovely area to land in in London. We’re a 4 minute walk to the High Street with all supermarkets and shops, 6 minute walk to the District Line and 5 minute walk to the South Western Railway. The river is also only 10 minute walk away with super easy access to the Hammersmith loop for walks/runs.
