Double room in Putney house share

The house is currently occupied by 3 males all aged between 23 & 29.
I’m moving out so your new flatmates will be Will, Dan and Seb.

Whilst we all do our own thing, we all get on enjoying running, cycling, and rowing.

New housemate:
We're looking for a professional female or male between the ages of 23 and 33 who shares similar interests.

The house is situated in the perfect location with easy access to 2 x underground stations, 1x overground station, multiple bus links AND a boat that leaves from Putney pier! See below:

- East Putney Underground Station - 15 minute walk
- Putney Bridge Underground Station - 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus journey
- Putney Overground Station - 10 minute walk
- Bus links: 2 minute walk
- Putney Pier - 5 minute walk

The tenancy agreement with the landlord is for unfurnished property however the room has been previously furnished by the current tenant.

- All cutlery and kitchen utensils provided (you can bring your own too as everyone has put their dishes etc. in the shared cupboards and we all use whatever is there)
- 2 X Fridge/ Freezer

Bills:
Bills are split out among us and paid as and when and settled up between us but usually averages out at around £100 per month

£520 to be paid before moving in to the outgoing tenant.

Move in date is a little flexible so let me know if you’re keen to move in sooner :)
