Looking for a girl to take over my room in a lovely 4-bed house share in Putney from 1st October.

The house is in a fantastic location – just 8 minutes’ walk to East Putney Station (District Line) and 6 minutes to Putney train station. It’s also only a short walk to the high street, with lots of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs.

The house has an incredible kitchen, a cosy living room, and a lovely outdoor garden with furniture and a BBQ!

About the housemates:

We’re looking for a girl in her mid-20s to early 30s. We all work in the office 3–4 days a week so would ideally want someone with a similar work schedule.

We’re a sociable house that loves brunches, pub lunches, coffee walks, and the occasional glass of wine 🍷. We’d love someone to join the group, is also sociable but also enjoys their own time and space too!

💷 Rent: £1,350 per month

🏡 Bills: Usually £110–£140 per month
