Great flat, close to river & public transit SW15

Hello, my name is Carole.

I do freelance event & project management work.

I am renting a single room with a pull out sofa, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a bathroom with a tub and showerhead (+ toilet and sink) which would be exclusively yours. My bedroom and bathroom are in the loft. I’m in Putney, SW15, about 4 blocks south of the river and 6 blocks west of Putney High Street, near Putney Exchange.

I’m super quiet, non smoker, and don’t really entertain because I’m a horrible cook ;). I work from home and am slightly obsessed with tidiness. I don’t have any pets, but I do occasionally dog sit, which can mean there may be a dog in the flat for 2 or 3 days. There is a washing machine, full kitchen and lounge. I do not have a TV.

Putney overground station is about a 12 min walk. Trains go through Clapham Junction and are very regular to Waterloo.

Putney Bridge tube (District line) is about a 10 min walk across Putney Bridge and there are several buses that go to Chelsea, Oxford Circus, Wimbledon, Westfield, etc.

Rent is inclusive of all utilities and council tax. Lodger to supply their own food.
