We’re looking for someone new to join our fantastic house on Putney Bridge Road overlooking Wandsworth Park. The location couldn’t be better — 10/15 minute walk from both the tube & overground stations, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, pubs & alongside the river allowing for great walks!

About Us:

You’d be living with two guys, both aged 32. One who works for a fine food & cheese company (in the office 4 days a week/with lots of food perks making their way into the fridge). The other who works for a music charity and is training to be a psychotherapist. We’re good mates from school, enjoy playing sport & socialising so there’s often something fun going on - but we also totally respect & enjoy downtime and independent social lives.

• Shared office with desk, generally free to use as work from home days are infrequent for us both.

💰 Rent: £1667 + bills (~£90/month)

We’re after someone friendly, considerate, and keen to make the flat feel like home.
The room is unfurnished although the flat is furnished in all communal areas, although happy for any agreed additions so that it also feels like home for you!
