We’re looking for a girl to take a lovely double room in our 3 bed flat on Putney high street 🌸

Available from the 15th October, this room is spacious & modern in a friendly all-girls flat.

Rent is £1075 a month plus bills (around £80/£100), deposit is £1230.

Based really close to Putney station & East Putney tube station (District line) - perfect for commuting around London. 🚂

You’ll be living with myself (Maria, 27) and Faith (25) - friends that have very recently moved into this lovely flat together (We moved in last week, so still making it homely and a cute place to live!).

Faith works in fashion, but is also a trained nail tech 💅🏼 (so discount clothes & nails hehe)

Maria works in digital, and we both work from home a couple days a week.

We love nights in & out, watching tv shows together, going to concerts, and exploring London 🍕🥂

We are keen to make this a home rather than just a place to stay, so hoping that the incoming girl is sociable & wanting to create a homely space 🌻

The room is unfurnished but will come with the large chest of drawers & you’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other.🛁
