Bright, spacious room available for professional

Hi,

After 5 wonderful years, I’m leaving my bright and spacious room in a large, friendly house.

The room is a good size and comes fully furnished with the furniture shown in the photos, including a double bed, while still leaving plenty of space to make it your own. The house is shared with three other ladies, and the bathroom is shared between yourself and two others. Bills are included.

The other housemates are a friendly group of working professionals from across Europe. We enjoy having a bit of a chat, occasionally hanging out while cooking in the kitchen or watching something together in the evening, while also appreciating our own space.

We’re looking for a fully employed professional who would be a good fit for the household, someone who is friendly, respectful, clean, quiet, and who will help keep the house a pleasant place to live for everyone. Nonsmokers only please, and unfortunately, we’re not able to consider students or those who are not in full-time employment.

A note about the photos: the bedroom photos are of the actual room and were taken before I moved in, when it was set up and tidy. I’m currently in the process of moving out, so the room isn’t particularly photo-friendly at the moment and is full of moving boxes! It will, of course, be completely cleared before the new tenant moves in.
