The flat is located in Putney on a lovely, quiet street! Just a 10 minute walk from Putney rail station and 15 minutes to East Putney tube station. Lots of bus routes are also just a few minutes walk away. A quick 10 minute walk to the bars, shops and restaurants of Putney high street, with the heath and the river close by!

The vibe 🫶:
In the flat is Lauren (27, civil servant) and Jo (27, consultant). We have our own set of hobbies / interests but also love spending evenings watching tv, the odd pub trip and going running / to the gym. We’re looking for a girlie in their late twenties who sees this as a home and wants to be more than just housemates.

The room is available from 22nd October and rent is £883 per month plus bills (about £100) and comes out on 22nd every month. There is also a £50 administration fee required to begin the referencing process with the estate agents!
