Hey!
We’re looking for a fourth member to come and live in our house located in Putney. Around 5-10 minute walk from East Putney station.
The deposit is actually around 1.5k. The rules have changed recently, making it 6 weeks upfront. So ignore the amount listed on here.
The house will have 4 of us in total. We work across marketing, accountancy and as a barber. Everyone is friendly and social, with plans generally happening each week!
We have a shared living room and kitchen. The house is large so it doesn’t feel like people are on top of you. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
We’re all guys aged 27-30, so it would be great to have someone in and around this as well.
We’re looking for someone to move in by the 11th of October.
Our council tax band is Wandsworth, G. Bills generally are around 150 each.
