Our lovely flatmate is moving out November 1st because she has bought her first home!! We are looking for someone urgently to fill her room. You would be the fourth person in our four story, four bedroom house!

About us:

We are 3 25-29 year old professionals who have been living in this house for a year! We love to hang out and do social things together, at home and out and about. We are looking for a professional girl in her mid to late 20s who likes to be social as well!

About the house:

We live in a beautiful house in Putney, across from Putney Common so we are close to the river and lots of green space! The house is 4 bed, 3.5 baths. Your room is the primary bedroom which is super spacious and has its own large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The room is unfurnished but our housemate is happy to leave the desk and double bed if that is easier!

We are in a gated area of 6 houses and some flats and really love our area and space!

Closest stations are Putney Bridge on the District Line and Barnes Station on SW Rail. We also have a bus stop outside our door!

Rent: £1150 pcm
Bills: around £100-£130 a month currently

For regencies you’ll need to make over £33,000 a year
