The home
It's bright and warm, with wooden floors throughout.

There's a cosy living room with an exposed brick fireplace and a separate dining room with doors onto a private garden, which is perfect for morning coffee or summer dinners.

The big kitchen has a breakfast bar, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

There's one shared bathroom with a bath and shower.

Location
Putney station is five minutes' walk away on the high-street. Cross the bridge and you're at Putney Bridge on the District line. Both get you into central London in about 15 minutes. You also have the river, the High Street, cafés and gyms on your doorstep.

About me
I'm Italian and run my own startup, so I'm often busy and out.

I love cooking, so you can expect good food in the house (when I have time to do it, of course ahah).

I'm tidy and respectful, happy to chat over dinner, and just as happy with a quiet evening.

Who I'm looking for
Working professionals or postgrad students, any gender, singles only.
I'd like someone friendly and considerate who keeps shared spaces clean and tidy. We'll run a simple cleaning rota.
