The room is available from the 12th of October.

It is in a spacious house with a large garden located in a residential area between Barnes and Putney.

15 minutes walk to Richmond Park ,15 minutes walk from Barnes train station and 2 minutes away from bus stop.

The house has 3 other bedrooms, a back and front garden, a shared living room, kitchen with one large fridge, newly renovated bathroom with toilet, and an extra separate toilet.

The room faces south west so the sun comes in during the afternoon/eve. It is equipped with a wardrobe, a sofa bed that pulls out into a double bed, chest of drawers, mountable desk and office chair.

Please, note that the bookcase shown in the pics by the sofa bed is not included.

Free parking in front of the house.

The area is surrounded by nice walks (Putney Heath, Putney riverside, etc)
Food stores, restaurants, cafes and all types of amenities are also close by: 10 minutes walk to Tesco, Pharmacy, 25 minutes to Superstore Asda and 2 minutes walk to a local supermarket.
