Double Room in Putney Near River

I’m moving out of my furnished double room in Putney and looking for someone to take over the tenancy from late November, although the move-in date can be flexible.

The house is tucked just behind Putney High Street, so it’s quiet but still close to everything
- 5 mins to the river and PureGym
- 6 mins to Putney Bridge and Putney station.

Great area for running, tennis and padel too!

You’d be moving in with two lovely guys who are both rowers. They’re social and keen to have someone who feels like a friend as well as a housemate. They both enjoy a good night out, but are equally happy having quiet nights in to recharge.

The house is kept very tidy, the photos are pretty much how it looks day to day, so we’d be looking for someone similarly clean and respectful.

- Plenty of storage space throughout the house and in the kitchen.
