Available January 2027 (flexible) | Long-term | Putney

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely three-bedroom, two-bathroom top-floor flat in Putney! Our flatmate is sadly moving back to South Africa, so we’re looking for someone new to join our little home.

The room

The room is large, spacious and comes with a king-sized bed, plenty of storage and lots of room for a desk and anything else you might need.

There are two double-door cupboards, one with hanging space and another with shelving, so there’s plenty of room to unpack and make the space your own. The bed, cupboards and carpet are all less than a year old and in great condition.

The flat also has a balcony, a shared living room and a kitchen, making it a lovely place to relax and unwind.

The location

You really couldn’t ask for a more convenient location! We’re just off Putney High Street, so you’re right in the middle of everything while the flat itself is surprisingly quiet.

* Putney station: 4-minute walk
* East Putney station: 8-minute walk
* Large Sainsbury’s: Right next door
* Putney High Street: Less than a 5-minute walk
* Buses: Plenty of bus stops nearby

The high street has pretty much everything you need, from supermarkets and shops to cafés, restaurants and pubs. You’re also well placed for park walks, riverside strolls and everything else Putney has to offer. It’s a really well-connected spot!

A little about us

Kirsten (26) – South African, working as a Marketing Executive for an events company. I love a good park walk, trips to the pub and exploring London, but I’m equally happy having a chilled night in (cliché, I know!).

Izzy (26) – British, working as a Personal Assistant for an architectural firm. She plays netball, enjoys socialising with friends, exploring new parts of London, a good pub night and hosting dinner parties.

We’re a friendly, sociable household who enjoy a chat in the kitchen, chilling on the sofa to watch a film or occasionally doing something together. That said, we’re also independent and respect each other’s routines and downtime. It’s a home where you can be sociable without feeling like you always have to be!

Who we’re looking for 🏡

We’re hoping to find a friendly, considerate woman aged around 25–30 who is at a similar stage of life and would enjoy living in a sociable household.

We’re both pretty tidy and like keeping the flat clean, organised and homely, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their space, cleans up after themselves and is happy to do their bit to keep the shared areas nice for everyone.

The practical bits 💷

* Rent: £1,200 per month
* Bills: Approximately £100–£120 per month, depending on the season
* Available: January 2027, although we’re flexible on the date
* Preference: Long-term housemate

If this sounds like your kind of home, drop us a message telling us a little about yourself.
