As our friend is sadly moving back home, we have a fab room available in our lovely 3-bed flat in heart of Putney, sharing with two friendly girls in their 20s!
Rent & Bills
Rent for the room is £1075pcm! This doesn’t include bills, which come to approx £90.
The Room
The room up for grabs is a large and spacious double with great natural light! The room comes unfurnished, however the outgoing tenant is willing to sell on all the furniture in the room for £250 - an absolute steal!
The Flat
The flat is a massive three bedroom flat with two bathrooms. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The flat also comes with a designated parking space.
The location is brilliant, with Putney High Street right at the end of the road and many amenities ( 3 gyms, Sainsbury’s, pubs and restaurants within short walking distance). The transport links are fab too - we are roughly a 15 minute walk from East Putney tube station, 10 minutes from Putney rail Station, and we have a bus stop right outside the flat 🙂
About Us 👯♀️
We’re Anouska (27) and Rachel (29). We met in a house share a couple of years ago and have been friends ever since. We are both work full time in law and sport, and enjoy spending time with friends and exploring the city.
About You
A non smoker who is a friendly, clean, easygoing person between 25-30 who wants to be an active part of our friendly home. We enjoy pub trips, watching TV together and try to spend at least some of the working week laughing and we’re looking for someone to join us in this :)
Additionally, You’re a mixture of chilled out and social, with your own thing going on. Friends also welcome at the flat - but not for midweek raves (please 🙏).
FYI - our landlord will require you to undergo a full tenancy check and will request confirmation from your employer of your pay.
