I have a Double room in Putney SW15 — available now. Our new contract start date is November 12th.
£1150 per month including internet, gas, water, electricity and the communal items (cleaning prods, cooking oil etc.)
We also have a dodgy box subscription and surround sound in the shared living room.
Bright, well-kept 3-bed flat, a stones throw from the Thames. On the western side of the high street.
Room is furnished with everything you see in the pictures. The desk and entertainment unit can be removed if you prefer.
15 minute walk to Putney Bridge (District line) and a 10 minute walk Putney station (South Western Railway into Waterloo or 45mins to Gatwick).
5 minutes to Lidl, Waitrose, M&S and Sainsbury’s, plus a Sainsbury’s Local one minute from the door. Loads of good pubs, restaurants and parks nearby but we are on a quiet residential street.
Separate toilet and bathroom, all double glazing, On-street parking available (with residents permit), and secure locked bike storage already paid up for the next 12 months.
You’d be sharing with two easy-going guys (one Australian, one Brazilian). Both respectful and quiet at home, though happy to go out for a pint.
