1 Double in an awesome ground floor house

This is the smaller room of the 3, currently set up as a living room. Huge kitchen, shower and bath separate with a small front garden and a rear garden possibly being converted into a large living room/exercise room with heating. It’s an ex Airbnb with access to extra furniture and removal of furniture. Fully kitted out kitchen with everything you could need in a kitchen and bills included in the price.

We plan to use the front garden for bike storage and a bbq space with outdoor seating. There’s a coded gate to this garden from the footpath. There’s a garden shed storage in the rear garden too.

We are 2 professionals who work in the building industry (we are getting approval to build the rear garden into a room for the living room), we like to watch sports together but also enjoy and respect each others personal space. We go out to pubs, restaurants and events across London in our spare time. We like travelling and seeing new parts of the world. 1 Brazilian and 1 Aussie (me). We both love to cook and share meals with our flatmates, very clean and respectful. I have exercise and sports equipment if you enjoy keeping active/fit. We also have a dodgy firestick for live sports with a surround sound setup.
