Hey there, we have two big bright double rooms available for rent in Putney - just off the high street, 5 mins walk from Putney station and 10-15 mins walk to Putney Bridge/East Putney tube.
The house is a big four bedroom property, with a large garden (perfect for summer barbeques!!)
It is fully furnished and very cosy, and boasts a dishwasher, dryer and all other amenities....rent includes all bills (and even includes washing powder, toilet roll etc) so is an absolute bargain (especially given its location!)
current flatmates are a Spanish guy and a girl from New Zealand - both really friendly and very chilled out. The house would be perfect for two friends, but individuals are also welcome!
the rooms are both very large, with double beds, and both feature beautiful fireplaces. There is plenty of storage in both rooms, but the house also has a large basement for further storage. There is room in the hall to store bikes if needed.
Putney is a great, vibrant area with great shopping, lots of pubs, bars and restaurants. It is a really safe area, and also very close to the city with great transport links (Waterloo is 12 mins on the overground)
The house is located just around the corner from a leisure centre which has a great selection of exercise classes and a lovely pool.
The parks nearby are lovely, and really buzzing in the summertime - and if the weather is nice, the restaurants/bars along the river are amazing!!
The rooms are available from the end of the month, but an earlier move in date can be negotiated!
