The house has a large front and back garden, and free parking available. There are two bathrooms, a large kitchen with great range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridge/freezers.

There is a garden and the lounge has roof windows and patio doors for plenty of light. The tenants often hold BBQs in the warm months. The area is very suburban, it enjoys tree lined streets and is a very safe neighbourhood.

Barnes station is only 8 mins walk away, from which Waterloo is a 20 mins journey. There are also good bus routes to Richmond, Fulham, Chelsea and South Kensington.

Putney centre is only a 20 minute walk, and the house is very close to Roehampton University.

Gas, electricity, council tax and water are included in the rent. The tenants pay £12 each for a cleaner who attends twice per month.
