The housemates are all male in mid/late 20s, professionals, working as data analyst, teachers, who are clean, tidy, warm, respectable, being a social group, formed a bond between, living together like friends, enjoying various interests, routines and adventures together

The house is located in a peaceful, green, safe area, a stone away to the Richmond Park , which is a Royal park, nature reserve with 800 deer freely roam in the park. It is perfect place to run, walk, cycle etc, just relax.

The room is spacious, about 16 square meters approx. tastefully furnished with high quality designer furniture, including a new comfortable double bed, a double wardrobe, a large desk, suitable work at home.

The house has excellent access to the public transports. 10 mins pleasant walk through Barnes Common to Barnes Station, on the mainline of Southwest Railway, takes you Waterloo by train (15mins); bus 33 to Hammersmith (10 mins), or just 25 mins walk to Putney station or 6-10 mins bus ride to access the Underground, East Putney or Putney Bridge / District Line, to the Central London under 20 mins, 337, 493 to Richmond (10 mins).

The rent is 850 per month, the bills are 70-90 pounds per month.
