Hi! 👋 We are Alex and Kate. We are looking for a new housemate to call this flat their home after one of our tribe bought her own flat after 4 awesome years here. We are both public sector workers firmly in our late thirties and early forties.

**About us**

Kate works 9-5 and Alex works a mix of shifts but generally has weekends off when you’ll tend to find us having a glass of wine or joining the mad runners down the river.

Price of the room is £800 with £190 on top for bills. This includes all utilities, broadband, contents insurance and a fortnightly cleaner.

**The area**

The flat is located a 15 minute walk from the high st and putney over ground. It's 20 minutes walk from both East Putney and Putney Bridge underground's (District Line). A 24 hour bus stop is located on the main road and there are two little Sainsbury's only five minutes away, with a larger Sainsbury’s and a Waitrose on the high street.

We are a relaxed pair and both call this flat our home and want to welcome someone that can share that. We are looking for a girl of a similar age who’s a tidy and considerate person with good kitchen etiquette. And if you want to hang out with snacks and Netflix during these fun indoor times, even better!
