The room currently has a small desk/dressing table, large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and a set of drawers and a comfy chair and bedside table but I can easily source/remove things if you have better ideas!

The maisonette is about 5 mins walk from Barnes station (trains every 6 mins to Waterloo). Bus 33 give a regular service to Hammersmith bridge and other bus routes to Richmond, Wimbledon and Putney. Parking is free and readily available in the dead-end road that runs behind the flat.

Richmond Park, Barnes village and common, Putney and Sheen are all within easy reach.

I am a Secondary School teacher who works quite long hours but enjoy a good adventure or simply a quiet night in to help keep me sane! The room would suit a professional, non-smoker who is looking for a cosy and peaceful home.
