I'm 29 and work in VFX in the city, I do 2 office days and 3 days at home. I love to host and have people round for dinner every so often, go to yoga classes regularly and LOVE trying new restaurants and wine bars 🥂

About You✨️
- late 20s-early 30s
- working full time (most likely hybrid)
- earns at least 32K
- is clean, tidy & respectful, willing to pitch in to make the Flat homely

About the Flat🏡
- 2 Bedroom above a lovely Italian Restaurant that sometimes gives us free pizza 🍕
- One Main Bathroom with a bathtub 🛀
- Rooftop terrace thats an absolute sun trap ☀️
- Although the room is cozy, the previous tenants did fit a desk but open to creating space in the living room too :)

About the Area🌌
We are super close to the river here, being about a 7 min walk from Putney Bridge Station and a 10 minute walk through Bishops Park to the river.
It's about a 15min walk to the shops on either Putney High Street or Fulham Broadway with literally any supermarket you can think of. There's also a Sainsburys local basically across the road for when you're having a lazy day.
We get various events in the area like the Boat Race & Polo in the Park as well as having Fulham Football stadium.
