Hi! I'm considerate flatmate looking for someone seeking for a quiet, homey flat opposite Putney Heath — ideal for someone who enjoys nature, a calm atmosphere and a balance of independence and occasional shared meals or movie nights.
The house: Shared bathroom, large kitchen, quiet, beautiful light, lots of storage. A balcony for the summer (if we have one, that is.) I will be replacing the couch with a larger more snuggly one. £90pcm for all bills including wi-fi, water, council tax and tv licence.
I like keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable so the flat feels good to come home to.
The area: Directly opposite Putney Heath with easy access to Richmond Park. There are lots of birds and a community based gardening initiative.
The house is home to three cats, all very sleepy and cuddly.
District Line and SWR railway a short walk and Putney is a lovely area.
