For Lawyer (Trainee?) Tck with Cooking Skills

(normally £800+pm) + additional "rent" equivalent of your also cooking 4 different fresh main dishes weekly for live-in friendly retired lawyer. (I shop, you cook. OK to make double portions, one portion for yourself, if desired.) All bills included.

Peaceful, light, spacious, clean house to share with me and 3 pampered Persian cats. Quiet TCK preferred.

This home has everything needed for comfort. Everything is good quality and works. There are comfy sofas/chairs, flatscreen TV, fully kitted kitchen (no microwave permitted), dining area plus washer, dryer, dishwasher, internet.

Own bathroom (not ensuite but adjoining and shared only with any visiting guest, which is infrequent). Table with chair available in separate (guest) bedroom.

Courtyard garden, with patio furniture for soaking up the sun…the house has it all.

Cleaning provided in communal areas but you are expected to keep your bedroom and bathroom spick and span and to clean after yourself in the kitchen (no pots/dishes left in sink, please).

The peaceful park Putney Heath is 100m away, a rare combination of urban amenities with a semi- rural lifestyle.

The closest bus stop is just 5 minutes walking. It's 20 minutes to East Putney tube station and Putney train station. 1/2 hour to Kingston-upon-Thames, said to boast the second largest shopping centre in England.
