A spacious double bedroom is available in a lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat in Putney Heath.

The room comes unfurnished, although I'd be happy to give the bed and any other furniture if you'd like.

Rent: £900 per month (wouldnt let me change it on the ad)
Bills: Approximately £120 per month
Council Band E: £108 total so £54 each

The room is available from 1st September, although an earlier move-in from 26th August can be arranged if needed.

A bit about me

I'm staying in the flat, my current flatmate is moving back to Australia, so we'll be swapping rooms before they leave, meaning the room advertised is my current one.

I work in the music industry and enjoy going to gigs and events. I'm also into football, films, and I'm always up for a trip to the pub or a quiz night. I'm looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate who's sociable but also appreciates having their own space.
