-Blackout blind already installed if you'd rather keep it dark
-Comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a mirror
-Huge built-in storage corner — no shortage of space for your stuff
-Carpeted, good size, quiet street

Optional extras:
I'm moving back to India, so I have a desk, chair, bedside table, and dresser that I'm happy to sell as a bundle for about £120 (no obligation at all — totally fine if you'd rather bring your own or go without).

-Shared bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer
-Social but chilled vibe — happy to hang out, equally happy to keep to yourselves
Lovely outlook from the window, with lots of natural light throughout the day

Location:

Under 5 minutes' walk to the bus stop
-20 minute walk to Putney station (or hop on the bus)
-Great pubs within 10 minutes' walk in either direction
-Well-connected area, close to local shops and greenery

Looking for someone easy-going, clean, and respectful of shared space. A guarantor will be needed for the tenancy.
