Hi, I'm Lucinda. I work in philanthropy four days a week, mostly from home. I own the flat and I’ve lived here for about seven years. I love it. I don’t think I’d ever sell this place; it’s wonderful. I work in philanthropy four days a week from home, so be aware that I will be in the flat quite a lot. However, when I’m not working, I like to get out on dog walks, gym, brunch, gigs, theatre. All that London stuff. I am a lover of music and film. As you can see, my aesthetic is mid-century. The radio is tuned to 6Music and I have lots of vinyl which you are free to use (carefully).

The other tenant is Cosmo, who mostly lays around all day and demands fusses. He’s a very quiet and gentle rescue lurcher who has a lot of love to give. He doesn’t bark (ok, he sleep wuffs) but he does sometimes get the zoomies in the garden, where he likes to throw around and eviscerate his toy duck. I have a robot vaccum cleaner in case you were wondering. I like a clean flat.

I would prefer short term lets, or alternatively, a week only setup. I am flexible on when you stay.

Kitchen
The bright kitchen is excellent for cooking with friends sitting at the table.

Living room
Looking out over a leafy, modest lawn (Squirrel Square) and the small residents’ car park, this room is perfect for hotter days, with the breeze flowing through. In the winter it’s a cosy spot, ideal for tea and records.

Garden
South facing, so it gets a LOT of sun. There’s a new BBQ and I’m getting an awning to give some shade.

Bathroom
This small but perfectly formed bathroom has been recently refitted and offers both a shower and a bath.
