Furnished Double Room in Quiet, Modern Putney Flat

I’m offering a comfortable, furnished double bedroom in my modern two-bedroom flat in Putney (SW15 3AA). I’m looking for a friendly, considerate professional who needs a comfortable London base during the working week.

The bedroom and flat

The bedroom has a standard double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, with space to leave personal belongings between stays.

I live in the flat full-time and work as a civil servant, exclusively from the office, so I’m generally only home in the evenings during the week.

The flat is quiet, clean and well maintained. There’s a spacious living room, balcony and fully equipped kitchen, all of which you’ll be welcome to use. There’s also space in the kitchen for some of your own food and essentials.

The bathroom is shared with me. I’m clean and tidy, and a professional cleaner visits fortnightly to clean the whole flat.

* Bus stop approximately two minutes’ walk away, with convenient connections towards Battersea.
* Free on-street parking.
* Secure bike storage in a locked unit approximately four minutes’ walk away.
* Wi-Fi and bills included.

The arrangement

Ideally suited to a professional looking for a regular London base during the working week. I’m flexible about which nights you stay, whether that’s one, two, three or four nights per week. Monday evenings are also absolutely fine.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate who would appreciate a comfortable, peaceful home environment.
