Decent sized double room on ground floor. Share of kitchen, bathroom & toilet with one professional lady (English), in a large victorian terraced house in fantastic location, just off trendy Salusbury Road, with its great selection of shops, cafes and pubs. Less than 5 minutes walk from Queen’s Park tube station (Bakerloo line) and a 8 minute walk from Brondesbury Park station (over ground).Main bus stop (next to Queens Park Tube station). 5 minutes walk to bus numbers, 6 (24hrs), 36 (24hrs), 187, 206, & 316.

The house is large and well spread out and there is single occupancy for each room. It has a total of five bedrooms, and a self contained attic room.. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a lounge/living room with sitting area, dining table and TV, a kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms and another kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The attic room is on the second floor and has its own kitchen area (this room is more like a studio apartment). There is a backyard for outdoor chill outs and summer bbq’s.

The current tenants living are, 2 English males, 3 English females, all professionals, between 27 and 35 years of age, all friendly and outgoing. The right tenant would be someone who is a professional, sociable and enjoys catching up over a glass of wine or a cup of tea when home and free. It is a clean and tidy house and not one to throw wild parties at. It is suitable for professionals who will help keep the place looking nice and treat it as their home, not just a place to live. It is the type of accommodation, for all the above reasons where tenants tend to stay long term.
