The Room & Home:
Home away from home. Perfect for you if you have just moved to London!
This room includes all bills.
This bedroom is facing west and private (back of house so very quiet), wood floor. Warmest room in house during winter! Room has brand new double bed with deep memory foam mattress and under bed storage (2), chest of drawers, vanity mirror, garment rail and shelves. There is additional storage space for suitcases in the hallway if needed.
There is large outdoor patio with sun all day, dining table, herb patch. Dining and sitting room. Decor of home shabby chic/eclectic mix. We entertain and have parties maybe once a month. But mostly this home is a sanctuary, quiet, relaxing and very clean.
Kitchen is full equipped. Bathroom with shower and bath, good water pressure. The bathroom is next to the room for rent so it will be like having an ensuite.

Important:
Please note respectfully this room is not suitable to anyone working from home during the day M-F as the other room mate records for work which is noise sensitive.


The Neighbourhood:
Queens Park fashionable bohemian neighbourhood, 4 min walk to tube, coffee shops, bars, planet organic, M&S, coop, Sainsburys, post office and gym within 5 mins. Euston 2 stops via overground!
neighbourhood has good pubs and restaurants, young trendy vibe. Good transport links. Close to beautiful park and walking distance to Kilburn (fruit stalls, TK Maxx, Lidl, Micky Ds etc) also. Very quiet street with good neighbours.

About me:
I work from home when I'm not travelling, I enjoy film festivals, going dancing, art. My daughter is studying at uni away from home, she Djs. Our home is a relaxed bohemian space and we have always shared and love meeting new people.

About you:
Perfect flatmate will be clean, have their own busy life, be relaxed, hopefully we can enjoy the odd dinner, bottle of wine, Sunday roast. Must have great references and pay rent on time. Thank you and good luck!
