This bedroom is facing west and private (back of house so very quiet), wood floor. Warmest room in house during winter! Room has brand new double bed with deep memory foam mattress and under bed storage (2), chest of drawers, vanity mirror, garment rail and shelves. There is additional storage space for suitcases in the hallway if needed.
There is large outdoor patio with sun all day for the spring and summer months.
Decor of home shabby chic/eclectic mix. This home is a sanctuary, quiet, relaxing and very clean.
Kitchen is full equipped. Bathroom with shower and bath, good water pressure. The bathroom is next to the room for rent so it will be like having an ensuite.
The Neighbourhood:
Queens Park fashionable bohemian neighbourhood, 4 min walk to tube, coffee shops, bars, planet organic, M&S, coop, Sainsburys, post office and gym within 5 mins. there are some lovely pubs and its super vibrant on the weekend with popular farmers markets.
Euston 2 stops via overground!
neighbourhood has good pubs and restaurants, young trendy vibe. Good transport links. Close to beautiful park and walking distance to Kilburn (fruit stalls, TK Maxx, Lidl, Micky Ds etc) also. Very quiet street with good neighbours.
About me:
I work from home when I'm not travelling, I enjoy film festivals, going dancing, art. This home is a relaxed bohemian space and we have always shared and love meeting new people.
