You’ll be sharing with three friendly, respectful professionals who have lived together harmoniously for a while. Everyone values a positive, calm atmosphere – no party lifestyle, just good energy.

The property has 1.5 bathrooms, shared between four people when all rooms are occupied (see pictures for clarity). We all follow our own schedules, so there’s never been an issue or waiting time. Everything is kept clean-as-you-go.

In addition, there are two self-contained studio flats within the property. This means two more professionals share the main entrance. They are also respectful, kind, and friendly. The house as a whole is safe, welcoming, and there’s always someone around in case you need anything.

We treat the house like a home: clean, tidy, respectful of privacy, yet with a warm, family-like vibe when we cross paths.

Minimum stay is 12 months.
For shorter-term lets, the price will be different but can be considered.
