Living room's large with two sofas, dining table, big TV and there's a sunny flower-filled patio with a hanging egg chair and pond.

This is very important: the house is a home, not an HMO, so won't suit folk who like to spend all their time in their room. Ideal tenant is friendly, sociable, makes an effort to get on with others in the house and not going to shy away from cleaning and remembering to buy loo rolls.

Queens Park is on the Bakerloo line which is about 20 minutes from Oxford Circus, 10 mins to Paddington, 30 minutes to Charing Cross with easy connections (just walk across the platform) to Jubilee. There's a train that takes about 10 minutes to Euston.

About 10-15 minutes' walk from the property are overgrounds that go everywhere including Clapham Junction and the east of London.

And there are a bunch of buses within a few minutes, heading to Oxford Circus, Victoria, Notting Hill, Chelsea, Camden, North Circular and more.

The property is near Kilburn High Road which isn't pretty but does have Aldi, TK Maxx, Sainsbury's, Iceland, Poundland, Holland & Barrett, Boots, Superdrug all on a short parade.

The posh high street nearer the property running through Queens Park includes Sainsbury's, Coop, M&S, Joe & The Juice, Gail's, cafes, pubs, a gym and another with a proper boxing ring. There are yoga studios, Pilates and a big leisure centre with a pool. Louis Theroux, Mark Strong, Thandie Newton and Janet McTeer (the new McGonagall) live round here but sadly Cillian Murphy's returned to the motherland. Kanye likes the sushi bar.
