I am looking for 1-2 people to replace me on my one-year tenancy contract (signing from June-January). The flat is a two bedroom which I currently live in alone, move in date is first of June.
The flat is a beautiful Victorian conversion with large bay windows in the front room and main bedroom and comes fully furnished.
The location is amazing, with several stores on the high street. It's also a short walk to the Bakerloo or Jubilee lines at Kilburn Park and West Hampstead respectively, and is also a short walk from the Overground lines at Brondesbury or Kilburn High Road.
I'm moving out mid-contract as I have an opportunity to move in with friends. Serious enquiries only - viewings can be organised on weekends or evenings.
