The flat: I love this flat and have lived in it for three years. It is a charming two-bedroom Victorian conversion located on the first floor. It has a bright living room looking into public gardens, a fully fitted kitchen, two split-level bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. Pets are allowed. Council Tax Band D.

Location:
The flat is located in front of a beautiful park. Lots of lovely cafes and shops nearby.
15-minute walk Portobello Market and Notting Hill
10 min walk to Queen's Park station (Bakerloo Line & Overground) station, 15 min walk to Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City Line) station, 2 min walk to bus stop.

Flatmate preference: vegan/veggie (I'd love to keep the flat vegan!), tidy, considerate, similar age (25-35), working professional/student

About me: I'm a PhD researcher and translator working full-time in London. I love cooking, gigs, theatre, and yoga in my free time. Looking for a flatmate who will also make this lovely place a home.
