The House: Period Victorian terrace house set over multiple floors with beautiful high ceilings, Scandinavian design, plenty of light, and recently refurbished flooring and furniture. All the standard amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher and Quooker tap.

The Room: Double room, walk in wardrobe, recently refurbished, lots of light and next to the bathroom. The other housemate has their own en suite, so whilst your bathroom is shared there is more privacy. *photos to be uploaded of the room.

Location: Queens Park, 2 minutes walk from the lovely Lonsdale Road with boutique shops and cafés, and 10 minutes walk from Queens Park station. Tesco Express is a 1 minute walk. Bike lockers and car parking available on-road.

The Housemate: Male flatmate in his 30s who works in journalism. Into good food and sports, and generally a lovely person.

The Bills: All bills are included (council tax, electricity/gas/water, internet), and a biweekly cleaner).
